On the upper floor there is the living room, dining room, kitchen and ensuite bedroom and terrace with sofas. The pool can be accessed directly by the terrace.

On the lower floor there is another ensuite bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), and a children's room with 2 bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom. All rooms have direct access to the pool.

Air conditioning and heating throughout the house. In every room.

The individual beds of the 2 twin rooms can be joined together (mattresses and box springs) to create double beds (180 cm).

The heated pool (10x4 m), which also contains a small kiddie pool, is surrounded by a solarium with wooden floors, hammocks with mattresses and sofas.

Next to the pool there is a picnic area with built-in barbecue, picnic table and awning.

Tree house for children with slide, suspension bridge, zip line and fire bar. It has sleeping equipment (bags and mats for 4 people) and lock to control children's access.

Billiards, table football, ping pong table and trampoline.

The pool and picnic area is well lit so it can be enjoyed at night time.

The rest of the huge plot (1,2 ac - 100 m x 50 m) is a pine forest ideal for walking and for children to play. The amplitude of the plot and the vegetation give the villa an absolute tranquility and privacy.

Perfect location to explore the island as it is halfway between Mahón and Ciudadela (20 minutes away to each one).

Location:

Son Parc is a residential area located on the north coast of Menorca. It’s a perfect base to explore the island as it is halfway between Mahón and Ciudadela.

The beach of the area is called Arenal de Son Saura. It’s a beautiful white sand beach located in a bay (very calm waters), surrounded by pine trees and it has excellent facilities (restaurant, hammocks, showers and parking).

The only golf course in Menorca is located within the area of the property.

Tennis and paddle courts.

The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac (dead end street) at the top of a pine forest. This gives you beautiful views of the area and total tranquility (no car noise and out of sight of neighbors).

There are medical center, pharmacy, several restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the area.

As a guest of Villa Marevilla - SPA & Gym & Golf, you'll find an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and a fitness centre.
