The Villas Playas de Fornells are a group of Menorcan-style villas, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and capacity for 5 people. Each villa has a terrace with sea views to enjoy a relaxing sunset and a private pool.



They are located 100m from a supermarket and restaurants, 400m from Cala Tirant beach and 30km from Mahón airport. They are situated in an ideal area for families and very close to the sea.



Each villa has a private pool and terrace, outdoor furniture, brick barbecue, iron, safe, internet access (wifi), hair dryer, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English) and DVD.



The kitchen is independent, has a ceramic hob and is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

Erreichbarkeit und Lage des Hauses ist gut, Pool hat eine toĺle Größe und wird auch gut gepflegt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist auf das Notwendige reduziert, Sanierungsbedarf besteht (z.B. Schimmel im Einbauschrank, verstopfte Dusche, wackeliges Geländer an der Terrasse). Auch wäre empfehlenswert, der Ausstattung einen Sonnenschirm hinzuzufügen.
