Our visit

Our stay was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the bathroom door did not latch. It closed but wouldn't catch. Housekeeping also didn't come to our room to replace the dirty towels or replace the coffe or tea. But otherwise, my room was clean and very comfortable.

This hotel was terribly discusting. After driving 12 hours i check in this hotel and immediately checked out. The room was nasty piss all over the toilet bed was musty shower head was broken tub needed repairs. Than to top it off it was roaches. I went to the manager and spoke with him directly and asked for a full refund to turn around and be scammed. I was told I’ll receive a full refund he charged my card over $400 as if I was still checked in the room. He told me the hotel was shut down for a week due to whatever reasons and he didn’t have housekeepers. So how is you running a business with no workers. I wouldn’t recommend this place and they need to be shut down.

Hotel staff were average, but the hotel "SUITE" was subpar. The water got lukewarm at best, there was a "substance" in folded paper, the fridge didn't work and dirt in many areas. The doors also need to be reinforced as there are large gaps all around it.

We booked that hotel for 5 nights as we came from out of town to Arendt a family member’s funeral. . On the 3rd day at 2:30 pm, a staff member knocked on our door and said we had to leave by 3:30pm. She said the fire marshal was evacuating 8 hotels in our area. Nobody knows why and it wasn’t in the news but it was sure an inconvenience as we had to get another hotel. We did get a refund.

Pool closed.

Pool was closed for maintenance. Breakfast was awful. The room was decently clean and beds were comfortable. The halls, stairways and elevator need some attention to cleanliness.

Very Unsatisfied

Wasn't great at all, to each it's own experience. Definitely can improve on cleanliness and customer service. I called before booking to make sure the hot tub and pool was open and they ensured me it was knowing they had issues with the hot tub and it was down. The pool was too cold to enjoy and they had the AC on instead of the heat to keep it warm. Asked for a morning call to wake me up for breakfast and they never called or related the message to the next shift person. Wasn't kid friendly got complaints about nosie 30 min of us being there. They came to play and enjoy themselves and couldn't be comfortable. Just say I wont be back.

I don’t recommend

It was terrible from start to finish and I’m concerned that my refund won’t come through. The first room, the safety hinge came off in my hands because it was missing bolts. We changed to another room with a dirty bathtub. When offered to move to a third room I refused and the manager was rude and insisted I look at the third room before issuing me a refund. That was inappropriate and my time had already been wasted with moving twice with my child/. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel was poor. Carpet in common stairwells was dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed, Lobby area was not clean, water was dirty, no cups, no coffee or hot tea at the water and coffee stations. The stations were there but unstocked and dirty. Pool sign said it was closed for maintenance but that’s not true. The hot tub was out of order but the pool was “open” despite a large sign on the door saying the pool is closed. Just a don’t stay here until the property is cleaned, repaired, and under new management or ownership.
