The hotel was great. The location can’t be beat. Beautiful room, comfy beds. Great service. I used the gym daily. I only went on the terrace the last day, but I wish I had gone sooner. It is huge and has great views. I would recommend the hotel to anyone going to Mexico City.

The location and hotel itself are nice (the black out curtains don’t work fyi). What makes this a 3 star review is that we they didn't clean our room for 2 days straight. First day we just let it go. Second day I messaged the staff through WhatsApp asking for them to make sure they did housekeeping. They assured me they would between the hours of 3pm-5pm (which felt a little odd cause I’ve never seen housekeeping work that late). When we got back to the hotel at 7pm our room had not been cleaned. When I approached them about this they apologized and said they weren’t aware of the situation (I showed them the messages). Then they said I should keep the door tag that says housekeeping on at all times annd I was like “it’s been on for the better part of 48 hours”. I had to ask for clean towels (ours were still wet) and toilet paper. I just think if you’re charging $200 usd a night and advertise housekeeping it should be done. I told them I wanted to speak to a manager and they assured me I could the following day during check out and that never happened. They gave me late check out as a courtesy (which they charge 400 Mexican pesos, like $23 usd) which is the least they could have done.

Wow - a great location, a fantastic room and a decent value. Highly recommended. Super nice. Diana and Bryan were super nice and super helpful. Definitely eat at Antolina less than a block away! And the patties and lattes from the little bakery almost next door (no - not the Starbucks) were exceptional. Five stars for sure!

Great hotel. Modern, extremely clean. A great amount of space, lovely rooftop terrace and great location. IT was so nice to stay here after our dumpy VRBO. When I come back to Mexico City, I will stay here again!
