This place was wonderful and i would have given it 5 stars BUT my one and only complaint is PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED. They were unable to give us the early check-in i had requested too. So upon check-in we were informed that parking is not included in the price we paid through expedia. We then had to scan a QR code and pay an additional $18 per day to avoid having our rental car towed.

It was god overall. The front desk staff displayed the BEST customer service. They were ALWAYS pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the place is general was clean. We had an issue with our bathtub being clogged and they had maintenance come immediately and fix it. The downside is that you had to pay for parking.

Family stay

overall our stay was pleasant. Building was very clean and smelled amazing. Breakfast was okay. I liked the convenient shop for snacks and drinks. in the lobby. An added plus was the onsite laundry room. The shuttle to and from the airport was nice However, the beds were not comfortable. The rooms were dated and for some reason the toilet in one of the bathrooms was installed crooked lol. Overall for our family stay it was nice. We would stay again but I suggest replacing the king mattress in the family suites.

This a nice cozy hotel for a stay , the elevator wait time for the 7th floor was a bit delayed but they were doing some servicing at the time so I guess that's why , will recommend

I stayed for 6 nights, and the room was half cleaned just one day, i asked at reception to clean twice, i asked the houskeeper to clean, and they did not clean the room. We got a two rooms suite. The dishwasher did not work. We had a really disgusting time.
