Los empleados del front desk y housekeeping fueron muy atentos y amables. Ahora bien; el agua en la regadera y en el inodoro bajaba muy lento, como si estuviera un poco tapado. El elevador lo note un poco falto de limpieza. El aire acondicionado y el agua caliente, muy bien; el desayuno, pudiera tener más variedad pero oara el precio entiendo que es excelente. Pero, lo mas que nos molesto e incomodó fue una situación con la shuttle bus y su chofer. Este señor no estaba muy al pendiente de las perdonas que estabamos allí en sala buscando utilizar el servicio y las personas del front desk lo estuvieron llamando y no aparecía ni contestaba. La cosa es que estuvimos 1 hora esperando por él porque supuestamente estaba en el aeropuerto llevando a alguien y en realidad nunca salió, la guagua estuvo allí y cuando por fin apareció, le salió de mala gana y medio mal criado a las personas del front desk e inclusive se atrevió a decir que ahí no había nadie para ir al aeropuerto cuando nosotros estuvimos esperando por él 1 hora completita.

Avoid at all cost, pay the 40 bucks to go next door. Pro: planes were not as bad as they could have been. Con: Cleanliness : dirty room with brown stains on floor, lamps, and bed sheets. Smell: like a urinal Family: crib but no crib sheets Staff: no English. Had to Google image "sheets" for the front desk Parking: put in my license plate, make & model at check in but got a "ticket" from the staff Safety: drug use in the parking lot and lobby. Prostitution out front (assumed by dress and action but I can't be sure. Either way, that's the vibe).

scamming hotel

When we arrived to check in to our room with 2 beds the guy at the desk said they didn't have that room available because they gave it to someone else. The replacement room he said the AC doesn't work but it has 2 beds. The only other option was to "up grade me" but in reality was a downgrade because i went from having a king beds to a single. I had to book a second single bed room because of their mistakes. Why do i have to pay for the mistakes of the hotel. The hotel staff was rude about the whole situation.

We had a room with 2 queens, one bed had an excellent bed and mattress, the other bed Not so much. Every time you got out of the bed it sounded like the bed was opening the gate of hell. The bed and frame were broken the springs in the mattress were broken and even when the manager sat on it, he admitted it was broken but did nothing to help us out. So, I'm sorry to say I will not go back the this LaQuinta Inn.

This was a horrible property that took advantage of the fact you’re stuck there. Shuttle begins at 5:00 am the whole reason we stayed there was free shuttle but had an earlier flight still needed to pay for taxi that came an hour early and the front desk didn’t care about ANY of our needs. So many rude workers from the minute we got there to the minute we left!! Dirty , smelled like mold my sons asthma was acting up and the linen felt gross. The front desk worker was talking about me to other customers in another language not knowing I speak that language. Ruined the last day of our family vacation!

The rooms were old dirty and rundown, tables by bed were peeling, the radio alarm had some kind of liquid on it and even the iron board was soiled with oil spots. Even had a roach fall on my head and then caught and killed one in the bathroom tub. There was even a dead roach hanging from the ceiling. Housekeeping said the would clean it. But the minimal was done.
