Honestly, the overall condition wasn’t great, but I do appreciate the visible effort to maintain cleanliness—that did not go unnoticed. However, the rooms felt moist and muggy, with a noticeable smell of mold and mildew despite the recent lemon-scented cleaning. The humidity in the air was high, making it difficult to breathe, and the AC units weren’t working effectively. While I appreciate that they moved me to another room, it went from horrible to just bad. At that point, I didn’t want to push the issue any further. Wouldn’t recommend. But you have an amazing night team. Tried to make us comfortable. Very professional and helpful

★☆☆☆☆ We stayed at La Quinta Inn in Miami Springs on 8/8/25. The front desk staff were pleasant at check-in, but we had to speak with a manager to get clear dining suggestions. Unfortunately, the condition of both rooms was disappointing — one bathroom had a blood stain on the wall and was missing the tv remote and washcloths, and the other was not clean enough for us to feel comfortable using. The checkout staff was really nice too, and we checked out at 4:15 AM on 8/9/25. The rooms did not match the photos shown online, and there was noise in the hallways late into the night, which made it hard to rest. While the location is convenient to the airport, the cleanliness and overall experience did not meet expectations. My next steps are contacting Expedia directly to receive a refund!

The male attendant at the desk needs to be better trained. Owed me two dollars change, tried to give me it in dimes, but I refused and said I wanted dollars. Never got it. He gave me the wrong time for breakfast causing me to miss it the first morning. The television in my apartment never worked, the attendant told me it does not work when rain is falling. Serious!! It did not work on dry days either. They promised to give me my $50 dollars refund, said they put through the refund to my card but I never received it. When I returned to my country I called them on it, they told me I needed to wait a week. Two weeks have passed, and nothing. There was a young lady at the desk she appeared to be more pleasant. All in all not a very good experience. Will never return there.

There was mold in our bathtub and when we got a new room, the hot water was cold and the cold water was hot. One of the elevator bounced every time you entered, and I only weigh 115 pounds. The breakfast was horrible, even down the tea. Roaches were in the halls and rooms. Hair was EVERYWHERE and the furniture needs to update and electronics needs to be updated.

We liked the room because was very clean. Personel was very kind. we recommend. Nos gusto la habitacion que nos dieron, estaba muy limpia, tenia una destiladora de cafe, con dos sachets uno fuerte y el otro descafeinado. El desyuno incluido muy bueno y contaban con shuttle que cada hora al MIA.

It was close to the airport, from.day 1 the room.was smokey everyday someone on.the floor kept smoking it was reported several.times yet no one did anything. Most morning no juice was provided at breakfast very limited options actually just egg and bread with tea.

Tea bags for pillows, room was not very clean and looks nothing like the pictures on the site. You can hear everything from the rooms as the doors have gaps under and around them. Breakfast was mediocre, and the only thing good about this stay was ANA at the reception desk who allowed us to check in early as an option after debarking from our cruise. Upon checking out, staff can tell you that you have been checked out and the deposit hold will release from your bank account immediately because it was never charged but refused to place what they said in writing on their letter head for my bank. We will never stay here again it's deplorable.
