Convenient location

Hotel is conveniently located near the airport. Staff was very nice and welcoming. There is no shuttle. When we returned from a long day in a convention our room had not been cleaned which was disappointing

Bad customer service, no return call after several

My flight got cancelled and they did not refund my money due to booking less than 30 min earlier. The customer service suggested I call the manager directly, but when I called, I was told that they were not available and would call me back the next day. They did not, and I am out of pocket for the reservation. I think that since I didn’t even book until 9:30 pm, they might have been able to do better. The room certainly was not going to be booked at that time of night.

This was amazing staying few steps away from airport. There is nothing else to a walking distance but it’s great for a late flight arrival or early departure. Staff was friendly and property was very clean. Would stay there again.

The place is great to stay by the airport if a little expensive. They do NOT offer a shuttle service and it is too close for cabs and Ubers to accept your rides. So you are stuck walking with your suitcases which is not good late at night. For the price of the room a shuttle should be included.

We needed a place to stay close to the airport for an early flight. This place is as close as you can possibly get. The staff was welcoming and helpful; they talked me through how to return our rental car and find the correct terminal.
