One overnight

This is a nice place to stay for an overnight or two. Very clean, comfy and quiet. The complimentary continental breakfast though was less than desirable. Hardly any options left at 9am. Coffee and juice were very watered down. If you’re looking for breakfast, it would be best to go to a near by establishment. Otherwise, a very nice place to sleep overnight.

My husband and I stayed at the Avid for the first time in November 2024 and we loved it. The second time we needed a hotel in Waukesha, Wisconsin, we booked it again. The hotel building looks new. The rooms are smaller than the usual hotels, such as Holliday Inn, but roomy enough to feel comfortable. The rooms and the common areas are very clean. The included breakfast offers a good variety of protein and carbs. Highly recommend it!

Roomy and good location.

We were in an accessible room. Nice and roomy. The shower, however, was leaking water all over the floor due to a leak in the rubber barrier that is intended to prevent this. Other than that, good location with restaurants within walking distance.

I have just two suggestions: 1 - add more movie choices. Not much to choose from. 2 - put a magnifying mirror in bathroom. Those of us who need reading glasses cannot have our glasses on while applying make-up, etc. Thank you.

Nice room

The room was a nice king sized room. There was a small table that could be used as a desk. It had minimal amenities. No coffeemaker or microwave but there was a fridge.
