terrible experience with incompetent employees during check in. they processed 3 separate charges for 2 rooms and parking. It took an unacceptably long time. In the morning the pool area was so dirty and full of disgusting trash from the night before that two 14-year old boys didn't want to get in. there were no towels and when we requested from front desk they said we'd have to wait until maintenance had time to deliver them. I left an item in the room and trying to coordinate getting it returned was a comedy of errors. they sent MY wedding ring to a different guest. Sadly, this potentially awesome facility is not well managed.

Hot water in the shower was either freezing or scalding, no pool towels so pool closed an hour early, no staff to wash or fold any type of towels, pool area was dirty with food chunks all over (even the next day the same food was under the table and chairs), hot tub was luke warm and pool was so cold it was unusable. Even my kids wouldn’t get in the pool it was so cold.
