The front desk staff was helpful in rectifying our issues, and so was James- the maintenance man.
However, one problem lead to another and there is no way I would stay here again.
First- we were put in a room that had the thermostat stuck At 53 degrees and told they had no other options. Then the desk called 30 minutes later and moved us to another room. That room had a loud whistling fan that couldn’t be turned off. James tried his best, but it didn’t turn off. We then tried to use the pool and a light fixture with exposed wires were floating in the pool so they obviously had to close the pool.
We got breakfast vouchers but then we couldn’t use them because our third room had an issue. Around midnight, the fire alarm woke us up. We got out of the building and then found out it wasn’t a fire, but that septic pipes burst and there was raw sewage all over our floor. We went back up, sloshed through the sewage- got our bags packed and left. I’m currently waiting for the manager- Angie White to return my calls or emails but that hasn’t happened yet. I’m expecting a full refund and recommend others find a different option.
