This was a nice, reasonably priced hotel within a 10 min walk of the Baird Center. Clean, professional and updated. The internal dining was quite nice. Breakfast menu or buffet options plus a bar and restaurant for dinner.

The walls of the rooms are paper thin. You can hear everybody traversing the hallways and above you. The beds were hard and had 3 1/2 pillows each only. The bartender told us the bar was open until 11, but then shut off the lights on everybody at 1020. They also had no olives (what bar doesn’t have the most common garnish?), no captain morgan (???), and couldn’t make an old fashion for the life of them. The place looked nice enough, but for the experience we had, it is way too overpriced. At $270+/night, you’d think there’d at least be a provided breakfast- $16 if you want it. Place is clearly a greedy cash grab. Stay away and go somewhere that actually cares for their guests.

Very disrespectful staff member when checking in. She was sitting on the counter on her phone and I feel like she was upset because we interrupted her. Treated us rudely and unprofessionally. Our refrigerator broke , ruining the food we brought as we were training for a job and needed to bring lunches.

It was close to our venue and parking was available. I did not like the $30/day parking fee. Our room was only half made up when we opened the door. Hot water took a very long time to generate. Tub Faucet in 117 was falling off. It was freshly called but barely hanging on. Front desk staff was very friendly and our room issue was handled very quickly.

Decent Hotel, Expensive Parking

Nice hotel in good location, but $28 daily parking for a surface lot in this area is expensive. There is a nice covered parking in the ramp right next to hotel for $15. Too bad I didn't notice the big banner with the price until after we paid for parking.
