Quiet, free parking

Check in was great. Joseph was friendly talkative and attentive. Got to the room. Toilet didn’t work so had to go back downstairs for a room change. New room was clean but no body wash in bottle. No big deal but inconvenient when you are already in the shower. Overall quiet atmosphere free parking, free coffee, hot chocolate yea downstairs lobby.

The hotel overall was not cozy. Our room must have been below housekeeping because we heard footsteps constantly long into the night and early in the morning and loud music playing. The breakfast was prewrapped and not many options. The location of the hotel was good and the front desk staff was friendly.

This hotel gas very new age decor. Rooms are fairly small. My room was fairly quiet and clean except the first night my bed Duvall smelled spoiled milk. I told the desk attendant the next morning and the cleaning staff changed it. Breakfast wasn’t great but it was included. Staff was friendly and professional. I can’t remember her name but the young lady at the front desk on the first and second day of my stay was the best. The guy desk attendants aren’t as attentive.

Let there be darkness!

My only personal comment is that I’d prefer not to have a motion-detecting light switch that activates when you enter the bathroom in the middle of the night.
