The hair drier of the room was broken, the front desk people came to look and said he would find a portable one if they do, but he didn’t return with one and didn’t tell me they didn’t have one. I called them and found out they had no one, so I asked if they had other rooms I could use the hair driver, but he said the rooms were all sold out. I checked online and found there were still a lot of rooms left. The next day we checked out but I found my melatonin and some Danish pastries were left in the fridge. I came back to front desk after lunch. Another front desk people went to the room and found no melatonin and pastries. I suspected the cleaner threw them away but the front desk people insisted that it was impossible for them to throw away guests’ stuff. It looks like I was lying. How could we possibly drive back if we have the stuff with us? Especially the stuff was stored in the fridge. Overall, this hotel has terrible service and I will never choose this brand again.

I stayed 3 days and there was no housekeeping. Ran out of towels. Had to pit trash outside my door. They oicked up the trash and left the trash can outside the door. Dropped a firk on the floor the first day in the lobby and it was still there when i left.

Just ok

The hotel is older, but pretty clean. Very basic accommodations. No refrigerator in room, no ice buckets, also breakfast very basic. The breakfast had the most limited selection I’ve ever seen at a hotel. No fruit options, no peanut butter. There was garbage left in the hallway from the time we checked in until the next day. I got in the hot tub, it was just warm water. The following day I noticed my brand new swimsuit was bleached. Which leaves me to assume they just dump bleach into the hot tub water.

Hotel was clean and quiet and was close to everything we wanted to do. Pool was closed our first night but reopened our second night. The only thing we were not happy with was on day two when we came back to the hotel in between stops, we noticed the boxes of breakfast items sitting out in the hot doorway for an extended period of time. Even though the attendant was behind the desk he was taking his sweet time bringing them in. Turned us away from wanting to eat any refrigerated items at the breakfast bar after seeing how they were treated.

Bedding on one of the beds was dirty lamp shades are breaking apart and the office chair in the room looks like its been here since open, there was no fridge in the room even though pictures led me to believe there should be one, and the pool was closed and when asked about it they never really said why elevator seems like its in need of repairs. Just pay the extra couple bucks to stay else where

You cant really complain much since you pay for what you get. We crashed as soon as we got there but by the nect day we started to notice the issues. Even though we were RIGHT by the front desk for our room. The internet would never work. We also noticed the second night that there was almost a perfectly round burn marks the duvet which leads the question of if it was cigarette & ashes. Also a midly concerning small red staon on it. But since we didnt notice the first night we just dealt with it as to not be a bother to staff and be blamed for the issue. Easy to grt like a $8-$10 uber to the MOA which is nice and convenient. While the area is questionable the hotel is a nice and cheap option to go with when in town.

Fire alarms, smell of smoke, and rude staff

I don’t expect much from a hotel at this price but this was terrible. The room smells like smoke and dingy. The fire alarms kept going off through the night (multiple times). The staff was not friendly at all. We flew in late and the goal was to get a couple hours of sleep before the next day but we left feeling more exhausted than when we got there.
