When bringing in our iteams for the room i dropped a bottle of wine on the entryway rug. The lady at the desk didn't even look up. When i told her what had happened and that i had picked up the glass she barely noticed. My husband rolled up the rug and set it aside. That is where it remained till the next day. We were in #430, only one small trash can in the bathroom. There what looked like blood or ketchup dripped on one of the walls. There is a pull out in the room but you have to get sheets, blankets and pillows at the front desk. First night we only had 2 washclothes and 3 towels for a room that could accomidate 5 people. We have stayed at Cambria hotels before and really liked them. This one needs some help.

Go somewhere else!!!!

We ended up leaving and not staying the night. Upon check-in we noticed the toilet seat was broken, but dropped off bags and went out for dinner. When we returned, we noticed more wrong with the room, food/something on the headboard. Red wax/stains on the floor, mirrors still dirty, hair in the bathroom. We went to the pool area, the pool and hot tub were disgusting and smelled so bad. Dirty towels and drink cups laying around. We decided to just check out as the cleanliness was deterring us from being comfortable.

Cambria

Hotel was clean, but the condition of the room was not well maintained. The beds were very worn and uncomfortable, so was the pull out bed, microwave looked very worn/scraped, fridge had broken shelves/was missing parts to hold food in the door. Breakfast was decent. Pool was absolutely tiny, even smaller than it looks in the pictures, which made it challenging for my kids to enjoy swimming. It wasn't the worst stay, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Overall my stay was good. The hotel is under construction and the hot tub was out of order which is why 1 only have 3 stars on some of the things. Also, it has been almost a week and they have not credited my deposit back.

They attempted to place us in a room we did not book, and the room had a strong odor. They did eventually move us to the room we booked, but the front desk staff came up to our room to say that the original room did not smell. They were fortunate if they could not smell what we smelled. It was terrible. We felt harassed by them. It was very unsettling to have them come to our space. It was not necessary. Also, when we checked in, there was a sign saying the hot tub was not working. The front desk clerk said it just broke that morning. Upon reading reviews, it has not worked for some time. I am sad I did not read the reviews before booking. The room itself was great. Everything else was not.

The room had issues with the lights, there was no place where to place our bags other than the floor, the place is under construction, 1 of the tvs (the one in front of the beds) did not have internet. It was so uncomfortable that we literally woke up and checked out.

I was disappointed for the fact the hot tub jets were not working then the cleaning supplies or whatever was not working for the hot tub . I also was disappointed for the fact that they have the handicap way over on the side of the building and then they have I would say 4 signs saved right up front of the door for the credit card holders That tells me what is more important to them and Sorry but this handicap person also has a credit card that works just as well but just not the Credit card that i'm sure is the special credit rewards. I have 5 credit cards just not the 1 that gets me closer to the door. Thats a real shame where the priority is for this Hotel. I was really upset that hot tub wasn't working I wish they would have informed us of this when we logged in because that was 1 of my searches was for a hot tub if i knew it wasn't working I would have looked for a different hotel to stay at. cleaning

Transparency

Booked this hotel instead of others based on pictures provided and the hot tub. Arrived at the hotel and one entrance was blocked off because the ceiling was down. Had to check in at the bar. Went to the pool with the plan of using the hot tub but it was broken and not in service. Hotel room was clean and as described. Breakfast in the morning consisted on water eggs, cheap sausage then assorted fruit which is fine but not on par with similar or cheaper establishments. This was supposed to be an enjoyable relaxing get away for the wife and I and instead feel like I was tricked into booking this hotel instead of the others in the area.
