When i arrived they had a sign at the front desk that the pool and hot tud was temporarily down, room was dirty, hide a bed was not made, the bathroom and front room smelt like vomit. When i went to inform the front desk they came up to check it out and said she couldnt smell it when anyone walking by and the 2 others that where in my room could and it was strong. I believe its false advertising when they said there is a pool and hot tub available and wasnt in working order. The bathroom had hair on the floor, the tub was dirty and water wouldnt stop running.

Both bed frames were broken, shower curtain had mildew, shower curtain was ripped, there was tape on the walls (guessing from previous decorations). The pool and hot tub were not working. Water was turned off without our knowledge while someone was in the shower. Breakfast was not great, biscuits were hard and stale, eggs and sausage were rubbery. Staff when checking out were not able to give us a detailed receipt from our stay.

The staff was unfriendly and inattentive, the breakfast was poor (bland, bananas brown, apples overripe, milk sour) and boring, the pool and hot tub weren't working (and that was part of the reason we chose this hotel), one of the two elevators was out of order, and the tub drain was broken. I don't plan on staying there again.

The pool and hottub where closed my water was off half of my stay the staff where kinda rude my widow in my room had a Crack in it so it was cold and i was forced to put a $200 payment down for""liability"" reasons staff where very pre judgemental they made it seem like we where they're to party but our apartment had a flood and we just needed a spot for a few days and it was very poor service for the price and location
