I had an early flight. There was hot coffee waiting in the lobby and the lobby staff was helpful and kind to those of us finding our way to the airport. The shuttle was right on time with nothing unexpected (that's a good thing pre 05:00 in the morning) -- got my trip off to a great start.

While the location of this hotel was convenient for our stay in the area, it lacked the luster of a polished hotel. The room was dingy, outdated, and small. The water pressure was weak and the toilet wobbled. The complimentary breakfast was bare minimum and not on time. The whole first floor hallway smelled of cigarettes. We will defintely be looking elsewhere for future stays.

I have stayed at tgis property in the past and everything went very well. I did have a problem parking. After calling prior to my stay, I called to make sure there would be no extra charge for leaving it there for 3 days on our trip. They said all is good. When I checked in I was charged $60 for parking because I used expedia. I was not aware of this even when I called ahead to make sure all was ok? Not happy with communication.

The breakfast was always empty 2 days in a row waiting for eggs and sausages 30 people in the breakfast room and they bring out 6 omelets at a time
