Asked for a room on the first floor nearest the elevator received a 2nd floor room the furtherest from the elevator as possible. Then got to the room and the key didn’t work. The front desk person blamed it on me having the key card near my phone. It wasn’t even near the phone as my phone was in my bag and the key card in my hand. I actually called the hotel first and they quoted me a price of $147, when I told them I saw it online for $78 she told me then you better book online. I thought it was Marriott policy to price match a room.

Property was maintained for the condition it was in. Not horrible, but some things, like the wallpaper and worn out carpet could be renovated. Overall nothing was a deal breaker and when I'm in town again I'll most likely stay again.

The entrance to the hotel was very inviting, as was the front desk staff. My only dislikes are that there was only one waffle maker, and the line was extremely long. Having small children with their hearts set on waffles, but having limited time, was difficult. Upon entering our room, there was garbage on the floor next to the bed, and the bed sheets were dirty. Other than that, we had a nice stay.
