Perfect location next to campus

Great location for U of M orientation. Walkable to campus and multiple restaurants. Parking was full but parking garage adjacent to hotel was easy - even has a walkway connecting to hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Our room was disgusting. The small windows looked directly into air conditioning units. The only chair in the room was shredded. Lastly, there were spots of dried urine on the toilet seat. After I complained we were upgraded to a different room. However, that room had a previous guest’s opened snacks and wrappers in a drawer. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Just okay for the price. My room smelled like a cat had been staying in it and the cleaning products were struggling to cover it up. The best part about this hotel is the lobby and restaurant and the surrounding area. The private lot was "full and all booked out" so I had to park in the lot across the street. The website says to "Ask about parking when you arrive," but if I ever stay here again I would ask about it in advance.

We wish the parking was explained better at our check in. Also the $20 fee that is credited towards meals/ store shop. Hotel is great looking, fun atmosphere. Wish there were towel hooks in the somewhere in the bathroom. Would stay again.
