Perfect hotel for a weekend away

The room was gorgeous and the gym incredible! It made us feel so fancy, even though we didn't pay a ton. I loved the bathtub, separate shower, and the decor. Though we didn't get to use it much, the gym was amazing. The hotel seemed very clean. With the skywalk, it was the perfect location for an event downtown.

Pros and cons

Hotel is nice and neat and our room was great. Overall, we’re very happy with our room but service could’ve been way better. The young men at the front desk aren’t friendly. They just appear as they don’t want to be working and aren’t enthusiastic about anything- very monotone and short. Kitchen closes earlier on Saturday night. We called down around 11:30pm and they said they “closed early” even though their kitchen hours say they are open until 12:30 on weekends. That was annoying but whatever. I probably wouldn’t stay here again just because there are plenty of other hotels in downtown that are just as nice and cost about the same with much more friendly staff and better customer service.

Beyond great value and no negatives.

I was very impressed with everything. Room was ready at 4pm when I arrived, everything in the room was beyond expectations. Friendly staff and best value I could find in the area downtown. Appreciated their standard Noon checkout vs earlier ones I have come across. Would stay there again.

Our room was sort of a corner room where it almost felt like an apartment. It was very quiet and very relaxing. The lobby is very nice and can accommodate numerous groups hanging out. I'd say the biggest downfall is the parking and how it isn't validated through the cost of a room. And as you enter you need to take stairs and call somebody if you need help. That is the biggest downfall
