We had stained curtains. I was puzzled until I opened the curtains and saw lots of box elder bugs on the windows. The hotel interior has not been updated in quite some time with the exception of the lobby and the breakfast area. The cost doesn't add up at alI. I wouldn't have chosen this hotel if it weren't for the airport shuttle,and location.

Clean, courteous, and punctual.

All staff was very friendly. The desk clerk helped me with some basic breakfast items since I was going to leave before the formal breakfast was open. Shuttle driver was on time and also very friendly. The property is not very far from the airport making the transfer to-and-from relatively easy. Everything was clean.

Staff was ok, building has seen its better days, screens in rooms are frayed and dirty, windows seal was gone so when locked them flys would still get in, clogged tub so by end of shower you're standing in 3" of water, staff were using room next to ours as a brake room being loud some nights. Staff didn't know how to unlock fire-pit so went without for most of stay. Holes in "black out curtains". Handicap button didnt work for people going in.Hotel is in great location so with some needed updates it would be fine.

There's no secured internet here, so if you're working for a business, good luck! The room smells it has a musty WET dog towel smell..... All the time. The breakfast is good. Weird stragglers walking around the property though that don't belong here. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The website stated airport shuttle until 12:30am. We landed at Mols/St Paul International at 11:40. We called for the shuttle and they informed us the shuttle hours end at 11:30. Never stay at this hotel again.
