We booked this hotel specifically so we could use the water park. We arrived at the water park to find all the slides and kiddie pools were shut down. We were not informed ahead of time or even at check in. Very disappointing stay.

Two front desk people were inept. I rented the room for Easter weekend because my grandkids were visiting and they were excited to use the waterpark - which was closed the whole time. I would've appreciated knowing that when I booked or I wouldn't have! Then they charge $40 for use of a roll away.
