If chaos were a hotel, this would be it. Check-in started with one poor front desk employee managing a line about 8 people deep, while the rest of the staff was apparently in the back filming a podcast or telling ghost stories—hard to tell. Eventually they emerged, and things almost improved… until I was given the wrong room and accidentally scared the absolute life out of another guest. Sorry to those people. That one’s on the hotel. The room itself felt like it was set up by someone who hates hospitality. Lights didn’t work, the room was missing chairs, and there were not enough towels for the people on the reservation. We also discovered dirty silverware hiding in the couch, which raises several questions I’m not emotionally prepared to answer. The floors were so dirty I considered checking my shoes in TSA-style before sitting down. Our room key stopped working multiple times, so we got our steps in going back and forth to the front desk. And the beds… imagine sleeping on old-school moon shoes filled with regret. Soft in all the wrong ways, zero support, and guaranteed to make you question your life choices by morning. Overall, this stay felt less like a hotel and more like a social experiment. Would not recommend unless you enjoy confusion, surprise roommates, and extreme mattress disappointment.

The room was clean front desk was friendly. However the advertisement of pool a water slide was not followed through the pool area was in need of upgrading and water slides not working. This was informed to me 2 days after I booked a non refundable room.

The toilet seat had either poop or blood on it, in general the room was run down (trim by sink), faucet was broken in multiple places, sheets were pilly, potential mold by the bathroom shower wall. Also the air freshener was overwhelmingly strong and gave me a headache. The price was not justifiable based on the room.

I was at the property 4 days before our reservation. I confirmed a connecting room with an additional room on the 3rd floor. Nothing was said about the water slides. When we checked in, we were moved to the 2nd floor without connecting rooms. We were told the water slides were closed for maintenance. All not good as we booked here for the water slides. Then the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. Also it turned out there was a wedding booked on our 2nd night & our rooms were amongst the partiers. It was after 2:00 am before the hallway quieted down. I will not book at this property again.

Waterslides were not operating. This was the main reason we booked this hotel. Pool/game room staff were rude and unaccommodating for help with towels. Pool hours were different than stated in the room booklet. Half of the entrances didn’t work with your key cards. Rooms were kind of dirty and the shower had hair all over in it.

The whole pool area is awful. Slides were closed, what was open was filthy and freezing …room was miserably cold then the heater wouldn’t shut off and it was SO HOT NOONE COULD SLEEP. Awful. Zero stars.
