Antigua Palms comfortably sleeps 24 guests! The spacious layout includes: Primary bedroom suite featuring a King Bed and a custom twin bunk bed nook and spacious master bath with Shower/Soaking tub (no jets), 3 additional King Bedroom suites with private full baths; bedroom with 2 queen beds on first floor; and a bunk bedroom on first floor with 2 sets of custom queen-over-queen bunkbeds that sleep 8! All bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen TV's ready to stream your favorite programs.

The fantastic Primary King Suite is complete with a private balcony offering you a private oasis of beautiful coastal views of the Gulf of Mexico. In the common space of the second floor, there's a HUGE terrace equipped with 6 colorful Adirondack chairs and high top table to enjoy a beautiful weather while over looking the Gulf of Mexico.

You will feel right at home in the spacious living room designed with a modern coastal feel, plenty of plush seating, a large flat screen TV, and dedicated workspace/desk area. The dining room/kitchen has seating for 18 and outdoor patio area just off the kitchen includes a gas grill, and outdoor dining/seating for 8. There is a large laundry room equipped with washer & dryer for guest use.

Antigua Palms Beach House's oversized semi-private outdoor pool is adjacent to the home (shared with only three other homes) with private entrance for our guests from backyard, and chairs/loungers inviting guests to relax and swim.

* Bar soap in each bathroom
* 1 trash bag in main trash can and 1 liner in each bathroom trash bin
** (The complimentary essentials are to get you started, and are not intended to last entire trip. Cleaning supplies, toiletries, trash bags, and paper goods will need to purchased by guests for their stay.)**
* Bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are provided. Beach towels are not provided, guests must provide their own.
**Small pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Owner must approve pet and pets must be crated when guests are not in home. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $275 payable directly to owner after booking if pet is approved.**
*NO rental services are included with this home, including but not limited to: Golf Cart, Beach Chair and Umbrella Service, Bike Rental, Water Toys, or Tours. These items require a rental/service fee and or are obtained through a third party vendor.
*Check in time is 4:00pm. The booking app has an automated feature that allows guest to choose desired check in time, please note check in time is still 4:00pm unless otherwise confirmed with owner prior to arrival. If early check in (10am-3pm) or late check out (until 1pm) can be accommodated, there will be a $150 fee. Please check with host to determine if early check in or check out is possible.
