There was no hot breakfast due to equipment not working. Both parking lot lights in the entrance parking lot were not working. Parking area was dark at night. Staff was courteous & apologized for inconveniences.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as wonderful the second time! Staff is so very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good with lots of options. Everything is so clean and smells good also! The only negative was the parking lots lights were dim, dark or not working. But there was plenty of parking in lit areas! Thank you again for a pleasant stay!!

Stay was ok. Customer Service @ check in beware.

The hotel clerk at check in is always my first impression and generally rates the stay. If they are awful, everything else is sour. Becky the clerk was very rude. The hotel charged $75 for a regular dog stay. Understandable due to cleaning BUT I booked the stay via hotels.com and there it states $50. Attempted to speak about the mislabel somewhere and Becky would not even let me finish my sentence. She stated I did not need to speak to her in a tone. This girl would not even let me finish asking for a manager. I could care less about the difference in amount, it was the attitude, tone and total lack of customer service this women gave.
