There was tile floors when we got there that felt sticky and grimy so I put a hand towel in the sink with soap and put it on the floor and washed around the main floors where we walked with my feet and the white towel was black. I have pictures. I sent pictures to the front desk.

The room was overall clean but the floors felt like they needed to be swept in the room. Only staff encounter was with the front desk attendant and one housekeeper because our stay was so short but both were friendly.

I stopped at this destination to get a good night's sleep before continuing my drive from Orlando to Dallas. I was looking forward to taking a shower and lying down in a comfortable bed. However, when I went to the shower, I found hair in the shower area, which immediately made me question the overall cleanliness of the room, and I was right to. It wasn’t clean. I couldn’t take a shower, which was the main reason I chose to stay at a hotel instead of a rest area. Then I went to breakfast, only to find that the pancake machine wasn’t working. Although the staff tried to fix it, I didn’t have time to wait. I stayed for a warm shower, a good night's sleep, and a decent breakfast, and got none of those. Every dollar spent felt like a waste.

The tiles that line the bathroom shower were falling off the wall. The walls were very thin so even with low volume TV we could hear everything on our neighbors TV throughout the night. We were not told we would have adjoining rooms with someone so it was a bit of a shock but it didn’t present an issue. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and the room was huge. We had a pleasant stay otherwise.
