We checked in with other guests and those guests were not happy which was worrisome. We went to see if our room was missing anything like other guests that were in lobby were also dealing with. Sure enough we also had no towels, the toom was dirty ; walls, dirty floors, no towels and missing pillows.. The stairs were hazardous as two were loose and a person could hurt themselves. No elevator either to assist a person with luggage or with physical needs. We then checked right out after we saw the bugs on the floor by the bed. That was not an acceptable room. Some of the stains on the floor were very questionable.

Room flooded from bathroom ceiling vent while we were at dinner. Got all are luggage wet. Put us in another room. Tv did not work and i killed over twenty flies in the room. Saked for a manager and the just gave us all buisness card to call. Tried calling, got their corporate line. Tried to getto get our room reimbursed but

The good: Updated room furnishings with plenty of charging ports, comfortable bed, big flatscreen TV, no bugs, ample parking and hot breakfast. The bad: The filthy floor in the room was so bad we only wore shoes, walls and mouldings worn/chipped, missing lampshade on desk light, no towels in room upon check in and were then just given bath and hand towels, no wash cloths or a bath mat, no maid service over the three night stay, ran out of toilet paper almost immediately, dirty stairwells and trash left in common areas. Had it not been for the hot breakfast, I would have regretted staying here. If you're expecting a beachfront property, this is not that. The hotel is located near the entrance to a state park and the beach is within walking distance but it's a trek. My main complaint is that this property is poorly maintained and I'm surprised to see the Radisson brand affiliated with it. I would not choose to stay here again, especially with nicer properties in the same price range located closer to downtown Monterey.

Room was dirty, didn’t look clean, bathroom exhaust fan made a loud noise when we turned it on. Dirty bath. There was paper in the toilet. Honestly, not worth the price. Table lamps in the bedroom were dusty. Sure they never cleaned them. Refrigerator did not work. I was going to complain at the front desk. I waited more than ten minutes at the front desk the morning of check out. Nobody came up to the desk to discuss my experience. I dropped the keys in the box and left. Don’t recommend this hotel.

The rooms are old, not clean, towels were dirty, everything looks like it’s falling apart. The staff seems like they are doing you a favor. Nothing is presentable or in the least bit comfortable. All in all it has been one of the worst places we have stayed in.
