Everything was breaking after the power went off and the hotel had no backup. Clearly, not prepared. Terrible quality toiletries too. Plus the shower did not drain.

Room stunk of mold and had bugs crawling around. Staff member tried to give me another room to accommodate but unfortunately they second room was not any better. Building needs to be renovated, walls, tiles, and bathroom are ancient and stained with years of abuse.

As soon as we stepped inside the hotel, the receptionist Suriya welcomed us with a smile, explained us the amenities, timing for check out, breakfast etc. clearly. He is friendly and welcoming.

When I arrived at 6pm there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell and no one came. 7 mins after here come two middle eastern guys coming through the front door. They asked if I had reservations and I told them yes and proceed to show confirmation email on my phone with info. They asked for my ID and scan and gave my a key. Hotel have various persons coming in and out. Strange guys sitting outside smoking. I went to my room. The laminate on the floor are lifting. I looked out my windows that had a dilapidated blind. Outside was supposedly the pool area that had an covered pool that was un-operated. No lounged chair or tables. Pool area was locked. It was raining earlier that day. I heard a dripping sound but I knew the rain had stopped earlier before I got there. When I look in the corner of the room. There was water dripping from the roof.That area had chipped paint that was painted over. Water filled the corner and front of the dresser. I opened the refrigerator and the ice in the top was over frozen with red liquid appears to look like blood. I had advised the front desk the next day and the guy appears to do not care. I emphasized that it was disgusting. Loud noise throughout the night upstairs and outside my room. Someone sound like they were shaking the doors. Loud cars drag racing and turning their tires until morning. Breakfast was horrible. only dry cereal, waffles, bagel, bread and packaged yogurts. No hot food or protein such as egg or sausage. Horrible.
