We had a good stay overnight with a very nice check in clerk! -even though the hotel had no HOT water! Unfortunately hotels.com was not available for any help in the this. We could have moved to any hotel in the area. There were at least 10. But unfortunately we booked with hotels.com. Next time I will book through my IHG app instead!
