The bar and restaurant are closed up although they do offer a breakfast option. Very nice rooms with double sinks so great for folks traveling together. I wish they'd expand their seating area in the lobby and maybe make the old bar area into a seating area. It was a good location for getting to the metro and underground shopping areas.

The hotel is upscale with beautiful features and luxury details, but a bit run down with chipped paint on the baseboards and some old light fixtures. The staff made check in and checkout annoying. I was almost double charged at check out. It took an extra two phone calls to sort out the refund of my deposit.

Great location for this hotel. You're in walking distance of a lot of amenities. Shopping mall, restaurants and the Metro. You can leave your vehicle at the hotel and just travel around on foot or public transportation. The hotel itself is very nice. Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. You have to pay for breakfast, but it has a nice selection. My only issues I had was the pool is outside and when we went the heater for the pool was not working. So the water was very cold. Also the shower handle on the soaker tube broke due to corrosion. Besides those issues, my stay with my wife was very enjoyable.

The hotel is in a great location right by a metro station and the staff were very friendly. The room (luxury king) was quite dated and definitely could use updating. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

We had the Best time and Ben & Anne (front desk, long brown hair glasses) really made us feel special. Ben, please note that I found my sunglasses in the car. We were sad to leave & actually hugged Ben when we left. 😍

Booked this hotel hoping to go for a swim and have a bar right in my hotel but both are closed for renovations with no posting anywheres online that they are both closed. Had a smell so bad in my room from the drain behind the toilet(smelled like sewer) all we were offered was a free breakfast which was cold and yucky!
