The hot tub was not hot and very foamy. The chemical balance is off, not safe. There are crystals at the bottom, chemicals did not break down properly.

The room was small and outdated. The fridge in the room smelled horrible! We opened it for a few seconds and the entire room smelled. We had to leave our front door open to air out the room. There’s also no safe in the room. The “heated” pool was cold and the hot tub was closed because someone reported that it smelled like chemicals. The breakfast was mediocre…eggs, ham, waffles, bread, cereal, oatmeal. Would rather spend a little more next time and stay at a nicer hotel.
