The door to the bathroom wouldn't shut properly. Nothing to hang wash cloths or hand towels near sink. Shower curtain doesn't hang to the floor, causing water to splash out all over the floor. The vinyl floor near sink is loose. Refrigerator was tipsy.

The stay was pretty decent. Its a good place to stay when visiting or to shop. Not the luxury you'd expect to have but affordable if its only for a few nights.

The entrance to the room had a gaping hole in the bottom of the door .making easy access for rodents to entry day or night . I asked to change the room in exchange for another. The room I was then given was worst the bathroom sink was stopped up due to faulty stopper that was broken. The furniture was old the couch in the room , we questioned ourselves as to sit or not we chose not sit on it in fear of bed bugs .we were given a room on the first floor the quest up straits had small children that ran the floor back and forth causing loud thumping noise that one would thought the ceiling would fall into our laps the adjacent room yes talk so loud that every word was perfectly clear. It was like I was sitting in the room with the room with them .then the tv was turn on the thin walls allowed me to know what shows they were watching.i asked the front desk clerk if there were ice machine available they were but they were out of service.i asked about snack machines i was told that they were available but there we no snacks in either of the machines as of now . The website said that there was WiFi available but i was told by the font desk clerk that there was no WiFi available because the people that rent the hotel week or daily took advantage of the service causing other guests to go without this service that they advertise on their website along with a few other things that wasn’t available that was listed on their website. I will never book a reservation there

The bed was soooo comfortable. The room was very clesn. Staff was nice. Wish breakfast had eggs, and bacon. Waffle station was nasty looking. Homeless person was eating from the area also.

I wish i didn’t have to give a star but here we are. My guy and i stayed here because we were doing a race for brain tumor awareness for me. When we got there it was inviting. Beautiful outside but definitely a party hotel! We stayed on the bottom floor and each side and up above us they were all so loud til around 5 am when i needed go get up for this race. I got no sleep. The walls and ceiling/floor are so thin! No insulation or anything. So i get out of the bed and go to the bathroom and turn on the light and roaches were everywhere! I always check before sleeping in a hotel if there were anything wrong but only saw them first thing in the morning and so we hurried and left. They serve breakfast and i said to him “why dont we just look to see if we want anything.. ill give them a chance..” nope! Saw a bug in the corner on the counter. Dead yes but ew! We didn't eat there we went across the road to wawa. I got home and something in my heart said to check my hotels app. Thank God I did because they didnt check me out of the hotel and says I was still there. I turned my keys in as soon as i was out of there at 5:30 am! Hotels fixed the problem on the app and cancelled my night there. So i guess ill give the star to hotels app people for helping me out. Hotel gets 0! Do better! Yuck! Spent pretty decent price for this junk. Be careful if you stay here.
