Staff didn't seem to be appreciative that I was there. It was also concerning that there is no staff on property after hours, emergency stairs were closed for some reason (safety) and the breakfast service was from 9:00am to 10:30am - why bother at all.

This property is in a convenient location and has seen some recent updates. My room was moderately clean, though certain areas could have been cleaner. It was also surprisingly small—smaller than the average hotel rooms I’ve stayed in before. We stayed for three nights and placed the service sign on our door each day, but unfortunately, the room was never cleaned and toiletries were not replenished. I also had trouble reaching anyone at the front desk when we needed help unclogging the toilet in the morning during regular business hours. In fact, it was rare to see any staff at the front desk throughout our stay. Overall, while the location is a plus, the lack of service and responsiveness would make me hesitant to return.

Room was nice though one lamp didn’t work. Check in excellent. The place seemed under construction though, with utility room doors open and extension cords everywhere. It was weird that even though booked through Expedia, they required a form to be filled out ahead of time with photos of my credit card and driver’s license. Nevertheless, it was a great value and our brief stay was enjoyable.

One night's stay

Just spend one night there but we're totally impressed by the room it's cleanliness. It was very big too came with a kitchenette a closet TV lots of roomy space to walk in and not too big of a hotel that you're not walking for miles to try to get back to your room. The people working in the hotel were very friendly and available whenever we needed them. The price was also fantastic!

Property is modern and clean. Rooms are relatively small and stuffy. The hotel is painted a dark color with sealed windows so the afternoon sun really heats up the rooms. You can run the AC but that's noisy. Breakfast is pretty standard, a few cereals, a limited selection of breads, and yogurt. Overall if you like modern, somewhat stark hotels this is a good choice.

Arrived at 1:30 there were no cars in lot. was told I had to wait till 4 because staff had not finished cleaning all of the rooms. She would not check to see if one of the rooms we selected was clean. Arrived back at 3:30 and about 8 cars in parking lot so she checked in others before 4. UNCARING

It is very stark in decor but I think this is prescribed. If a traveled to Anacortes wants a clean and efficient place to stay, this place is okay. The windows don’t open which is not what I would choose. The A/C is efficient.

Not worth the price

We booked the deluxe suite with kitchenette and it really is not worth the extra money. Fridge didn't work and moved to another room. That fridge didn’t work either. The curtain rod over back door was broken off on lying by tv. Missing the second tv remote. Jet tub was nice. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was sparse. Minimal staff trying to help but due to no management or maintenance available on the weekend nothing they could do. This was a one night stay and I won’t go back.
