The property was beautiful with nice amenities on site. We paid for early check in and were excited to grab a drink at the bar but the bartender was not well trained in making the signature cocktails. We paid $20 per drink and didnt even finish them. I didnt even get the cherry in my old fashioned because the bartender could not find them. Ultimately we wanted a bloody mary but were told they couldnt make them past brunch hours. They have a cute airstream trailer for cocktails outside that was supposed to be open but never did open... very disappointing. We went up to shower before our concert and loved the esthetics of the room but the shower did not get hot enough and there was no shower door to keep the heat in. Room service is not traditional room service. You order to go and pick up downstairs from a robot. But the food was good, especially the brussel sprouts. Upon arriving back to the hotel after our concert, we had to turn on our own firepit and some of them were not even working to be turned on which was disappointing because it was such a beautiful night to be able to enjoy the beautiful outdoor area. Overall, we enjoyed the esthetics of the hotel and grounds but were dissatisfied with the bar service, limited access to advertised propery features like the airstream trailer and cold shower.
