This Mediterranean style house with private pool is located in Puerto de Alcúdia and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
Have a morning swim in the 6m x 3m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.5m. Up to five sun loungers are perfect for getting tanned. Next to the pool, a breakfast terrace can be used also for a barbecue in the evening. At the other side, a chill-out corner invites you to have a glass of wine with your loved ones. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.
This home offers accommodation on two floors and 130m2 with three cozy bedrooms with wardrobe on the first floor; two with one double bed and one with two twin beds. Windows allow a lot of light to come in. A cot and a high chair for our youngest guests can be provided upon request. This house offers two bathrooms, one on each floor, with bathtub or shower.
Have long table talks in the sitting-dining room, maybe while the children are watching a film on the satellite-TV. There’s a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob so you will be able to prepare your favorite meals. The laundry features a washer, iron and ironing board. There’s A/C in the living area and in the hall on the first floor.
If you like the beach and the sea, Puerto de Alcúdia is a good place for water sports, basking in the sun and enjoying the crystal clear waters. It doesn’t matter whether you like to go shopping, are a foodie or travel with children – this town has everything, especially during the summer season. A 10 minutes’ drive takes you to Alcúdia’s old town where you can visit the colorful market every Saturday and Tuesday. The fine grained sand beach is just 10 minutes walking from the house and it is just perfect for families with children as the swell is moderate.
