A cosy villa with a private pool, situated just 200 metres from the spectacular Playa de Muro beach, in a quiet area yet with all amenities within easy reach. An ideal location for enjoying the sea, nature and comfort without having to travel far.

The property is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bright living-dining room with direct access to the terrace, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the outdoor area, where the barbecue, porch and private pool are located. On this same floor, there is also a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another ideal for children, equipped with a bunk bed and an extra bed. There is also a full bathroom and a pleasant terrace.

Die Villa ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig.Sehr ungepflegt.Die Vanne rostet,duschkopf eckelig.Duschen war nicht angenehm.Küche Wasserhahn auch defekt.Terasse sehr ungepflegt,die wände voll mit Nester von Honissen.Wir mussten die räuchern die ganze Zeit.Preis zu viel für so eine ungepflegte Villa.Manchmal reicht ein bisschen Farbe an die Wand.Ich würde diese Villa nie wieder buchen.Mann muss manchmal auch renovieren.
