Staff was friendly, room could have been cleaned better, but overall stay was excellent. Our room was as soon as you came off of the elevator so we heard everything and in the morning it was very loud from staff. That was the only fustrating thing from the stay.

Room was pretty decent, but the overall hotel needs some updating and cleaning. Walls and floors were dirty and falling apart in places, there was dust hanging down out of the vents inside the elevators. Indoor pool was warm, but off colored and a little slimy, but the chlorine level was way too high. Attempted to call the front desk multiple times, no one ever answered. But if you walk across to the front desk, there was always someone there and they were super friendly. So not sure what that’s about. There’s one restaurant on site, but everything else you have to drive to. Nothing close enough to walk. The boardwalk is a 10 minute drive. I did love the oceanfront view from our room, and the fact there was direct access to the beach in multiple spots.

I was forced to pay for this room because of expedias mistake and the hotel didn’t care. When I purchased the room for October 4th to the 5th it was changed to the 12th and 13th neither Expedia or the hotel gave a crap. I called immediately after it was booked didn’t matter. And because I got into Myrtle after midnight I was not able to book another room for that night and had to sleep in my car in a parking lot. I’ll never use Expedia or this hotel again. Unfortunate because I was really looking forward to bringing my 2 little girls to the water park

We had an oceanfront room on floor 11. Easy to find parking, loved the amenties for the kids - especially since it rained the entire time. The room was basic and nothing to be wild about. The bathroom was small (sitting on the toilet and my knees were touching the door). Door was hard to open and close. The latch was hanging off so we were a little worried about the safety. Overall, for a place to lay our heads overnight it was good.
