Customer service was extremely slow and at times rude. When we checked into our room, there were no towels or soap provided. The parking garage is very tight and hard to navigate and honestly felt unsafe. Security is a real concern, as anyone can walk into the hotel area. Nights were especially unsettling with loud, sketchy individuals hanging around. Overall, not a place I’d recommend, especially for families.

Staff were very friendly and fantastic! Clean rooms, stocked kitchen great housekeeping. Will be a return guest. There is a $15 pre day parking fee and there are charges for beach chairs and umbrellas and the pool side beds. Bring your own beach towels and chairs. They have small pool towels you have to sign for and return so you don't get charged. Ennis, bartender at Loco Gecko restaurant and bar was awesome.

**0/10 recommend. Would NEVER stay here again. First off, the lady who checked us in was rude. She did not have very good customer service skills and spoke so quickly, I couldn’t understand the directions she was giving. She also did not ask what floor we would like to stay on and put us on floor 2 right above the main pool area. When I asked her for a different room, she said there was no others available. So then I decided to talk to another woman at the check in counter who was super kind and immediately changed our room to one away from all the noise. When we got to the room, it looked dirty and it was not anywhere close to as nice as the pictures made it look. I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower there or taking my shoes off at any point. There were hairs all in the bathtub and the floors were gross. Every time we walked through the pool area to go to the beach, it smelled like sewage. Even though we couldn’t get our money back, we checked out early and went and stayed somewhere else.

Premium suite was nice and fancy, but we only went for one night and the new fancy shower would not turn off, had to get maintenance to fix it, they had to come in back and forth several times which would wake up the baby, but besides that overall great place to stay

We’ve stayed at the CR on and off for years bringing our kids and have always loved it. Very pleased to see the updates in the room. A little disappointed they didn’t have the original restaurant but the new location was nice but prices were a high, especially if you were traveling with your kids. (We weren’t but was looking for our grandkids). The water slides, pools and hot tubs are nice.

The quality of the amenities were not good at all in side the hotel. The stairwell recked of urine. The amenities outside the room were good but I didn’t get in the pool knowing if there is urine in the stairwell there is urine in the pool. There is no adult side like they show case on this site. The hot tub did not look of standard and you’d be so much better off booking the room without the hot tub. I would never stay at this hotel again. I wore a cloth item with lettering from a Spanish country, the manger mocked me and started speaking broken Spanish. I was offended and he tried to quickly walk away. His employees apologized for him! Completely unprofessional inappropriate and racist! No matter my race, you don’t ever do something like that!

The hotel room looked nothing like the pictures. It also smelt funny. They also charge additional fees even though the booking says all fees included. The elevators are on there last leg it feels like you're going to break down everytime you get on them. The cleanliness of the hotel was a 3 at best. I did however like the amenities.

We didn't like the room we were assigned at check in because of the smell and because it looked very outdated. We upgraded to the Oasis 2 bedroom condo and it was exactly what we were looking for: clean, modern and with plenty of breathing space to relax. The view from the main bedroom was breathtaking! My teen aged kids enjoyed the water park and the arcade. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We'd love to come back again!
