Hard to rate this hotel. The ppl that work the resort are very kind. The resort is very laid back and family oriented.The rooms are clean,especially with how busy it is and the pools and hot tubs are kept up with. The restaurant had one waitress Sophia that was attentive, she worked breakfast. The others that we encountered either didn't talk to us or didn't pay attention to the things that we needed, such as silverware or sauces we asked for. Many employees in the restaurant just standing around at all times. Very hard to get ahold of anyone at the resorts front desk by calling ( even with the direct number), vending machine ate our money. I accidentally left my child's blanket and have left 2 messages and haven't heard from them yet. I offered to pay to have it shipped back. No bathroom in, at, or near the pools. Have to go to the 2nd floor and it's only 1 person bathrooms. Just 1 mens and 1 woman's so you will wait a while. With that said, the resort is large and lots of pools and hot tubs so it's not too crowded. They have live music outside Friday-Sunday and an outdoor tiki bar and we really enjoyed that. We were there for 4 nights and 5 days and didn't have any issues with any bugs. The resort is not within walking distance of very much. Be prepared to uber. If you rent a vehicle,parking is an additional cost.

I love that you have access to all the pools,hot tubs and lazy rivers on the resort! The restaurant on the resort is a little over priced $20 for four chicken tenders and fries!

Trip for grandsons birthday

Everything, except the water pressure in the shower was great. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The view was awesome. We parked close to the elevators and our room was directly in front of the elevators, that was really convenient since we didn't have to lug our luggage a long distance. We tried out the pools but the weather was a bit cool for the outdoor pool and the indoor pools were warm but it was to loud to enjoy for too long for us. Short walk to the beach but again the water was too cold and jellyfish was owning the waters lol. We would definitely book again just in warmer weather. This trip was for our 5 year old grandson and he had a blast. He played in the arcade, at the pools and braved the cold water. And we spent a day at Broadway at the Beach. It was fun.
