Looks are deceiving

There was hair in the tub and fridge. I killed a weird bug on the lamp. Tv kept going out and there were not enough toiletry items . The checkout desk was very fancy but the rooms looked worn out. Wasnt aware of 250 deposit or 15 parking per day. Staff at desk were not friendliest.

Other than the shower drain and coffee maker not working right in room 606, we loved everything about the Crown Reef and will have to return and stay longer! All the pools were very clean and heated well. My son especially loved the tree house with slide and submarine sprayground. The check-in was easy and desk staff were very kind.

Not really a clean place to stay

Our bathroom floors were dirty, the toilet didn’t work. There was a kid who threw up in the hot tub and instead and moving everyone out so they could clean, they let them continue swimming. I had to find out from another parent.
