They took a deposit same day I checked in. They told me I will receive the deposit back in 7-10 days. It’s been more than 3 weeks and never got the money back. They were so quickly to take money out but not helpful with giving it back

Got to property and we had to pay extra charges for parking that was not on the booking , $ 15.00 dollars a night . Then woke up the first morning with water dripping out of the ceiling on to the bed . Then they got us another room . Then tv wouldn’t work . They came and fixed it . Was not a good week end .

Resort definitely needs to be updated however we had no major issues. I read all the recent negative reviews and had my eyes peeled for the listed issues. We were on floor 8 of “Tower 3” and did not see any bugs at all anywhere. My 9 year old daughter had a blast on the water slides and in the various pools. The direct beach access was amazing. Cons : no housekeeping services/room restocking while there (Thursday-Sunday). Pools need to be cleaned throughout the day. Pros : location, pricing, parking

I was really disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, check-in took over 45 minutes even though I came early, which set the tone for the rest of the visit. The room itself was not in great condition—there was visible rust in the room, and the toilet seat was broken, which made the space feel poorly maintained. The elevator service was unreliable, adding more frustration when trying to get around the property. On top of that, the restaurant had very limited options after a certain hour, which was inconvenient. Overall, I expected much better quality and service for the price.

We had roaches in our room. When we told the front desk then gave us a different room. As we were getting ready to go to dinner another family walked in with a key. They said they just checked in and was given our room. I didn’t feel safe leaving for dinner after that so we had to just order in.

Beach view and amenities were excellent. Food atcresort was horrible. Charged early check-in fee (arrived at 1240pm), resort fee and insurance fee on top of other fees charged by Expedia. Picture of yotel rooms on Expedia do not look like actual rooms. Rooms eere very outdated.

It was an okay hotel. It shows its age. Water park should not be called a water park. It’s just two big slides and then one smaller one for little kids. Location is okay if you want to be away from downtown crazy. They didn’t really explain much when we checked in. Also didn’t know we would have to pay for parking. They try to get you to sign up for timeshare like stuff also. We saw cockroaches in many places. For the price it was okay. Beds were worn out too. Overall does have nice pools and stuff to do for kids. But don’t think I’ll stay again.

My husband and I stayed in an ocean front king efficiency room. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The air conditioning was awesome. Check in is across the street and took about an hour because it was Labor Day weekend. There's a parking garage under the resort with easy access to elevators. If you are needing a cart for luggage, you'll need to get one from one of the floors as there aren't any available in the parking garage that we saw. We'd definitely stay here again.

I am so disappointed in Expedia they advertise this property as newly renovated when in reality only the penthouse suits are renovated. The property has bed bugs, mold, dirt, cockroaches and insects on the ceilings. I had to go and complain in order to be moved to the newly renovated suit. However Lying is NOT OK. Please DO NOT BOOK your stay here. It is beyond unsanitary
