We have stayed at the Island Vista resort multiple times and we will continue to go back there as the rooms/suites are always nice with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, comfortable seating in the living area, ample items in the kitchen to make meals, well kept balconies offering beautiful views and great seating, and large dining tables inside. The lobby and hallways are always nice and clean. The pool areas indoors and outdoors is wonderful and always well kept. The lounging area outdoors is always beautiful and neat. The Island Vista resort has everything we would ever want in a hotel at the beach. We love the beach area as well. This resort is and will continue to be our destination almost every Thanksgiving holiday.

The bedroom was too crowded with a King and a double bed. The great room chairs were not comfortable and the sofa needs to be replaced. The location and the view were fantastic

Overall, I loved my stay at this resort. Only stayed over the weekend, but it’s enough to where I would highly recommend it. Great staff, spacious clean rooms, lovely oceanfront view, and comfy beds with fluffy pillows. My only gripe (which is more of a preference, and expected in MB) is the parking deck is very compact, but at least the parking is free.

The Island Vista Resort was a fantastic vacation spot! The indoor and outdoor pools, along with the hot tubs, were a wonderful experience. Plus, the convenient beach access and the charming fire pits adorned with string lights created a peaceful atmosphere. I would gladly return for another stay!

The room was very clean and smelled fresh; the view was awesome but the sound barrier between the rooms was very poor and you could hear the neighbors. All in all this was a place we would return to. Would mention the front desk staff all need hugs, they gave me the impression they were in happy since they did not smile much or provide much assistance. The maintenance and cleaning staff however were very friendly.

I had a beach view, not beach front. I could still see the view really well. I was unable to go on the balcony due to all the wasps, but they may not be able to fix that issue. Front desk staff was not that friendly. The restaurant was great. They have a singer/guitarist that plays each night and he is amazing. He was my favorite part of the stay.
