This property should be taken better care of within the rooms and hallways etc. Everything is completely out dated; furniture, interior structure damaged, along with almost everything is worn/dingy (with paint completely off table, chairs, etc).

The room we had was nice and we had a nice view. The other areas needed to be updated and fixed. The pool was dirty and there was parts brocken. The pool had stains it was very nasty. The broken and messed up roof didnt help either it rained all in there flooding one half. Will not return.

The room was clean. The young lady at the desk was very polite. But, we did a problem with the door by the pool not opening with our card. We had to walk a good distance uphill. We are disabled. So, that was a challenge.

The view was amazing from our room & you could be at the ocean in seconds the room itself was beautiful and quit homie feeling had a kitchen with every pan and utensil you need to make dinner if you wanted! The room did have a small stuffy smell like it hadn’t been occupied in a while. Staff was friendly even security!

This is a nice place to stay. The water park is across the street. The water park is just a few water slides. The pools are in the hotel. There is a parking garage across the street, featuring a covered crosswalk bridge that makes it easier to access your vehicle. It is a little confusing maneuvering around the hotel; it would be nice to have more signage, especially in the elevators. The hotel is dated, but so are most of the hotels in the area. The beds we slept in are harder than what I am used to sleeping on. The room was clean and had ceramic coffee cups, plates, bowls, utensils, and dish soap provided.

Our room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The crew’s hospitality was above and beyond. They were pleasant, joyful, and welcoming. The pools are wonderful! I could watch my kids from various jacuzzis. We intend to return in the spring.

What i didnt like was the bed bugs in the room i wokeup to itching skin and burning stomach and arms and blisters from bites from a bed bug on my pillow that i recorded on my phone and pictures we tryed escalating the situation with the so called mangers but they refused to reimburse us so now were gunna have to take further action was treated poorely and the manager hungup on the phone when we was telling her the issue!! they will not get my service ever again!!! Will take further action against this!!! Just made our stay horrible!!! No reasurring !! Just sad how they will try to give that room to the next person to get bite by bed begs there in the pillows i have video location and time of the recording in my phone is all the evidence all i want is refund and for them to give us the run around is unprofessional.

This is the third year that I’ve stayed at landmark and I had the nicest room this time I’ve ever had. I hope to get it when I come next year. It had cooking utensils and pans and dish soap had everything that you needed. The only complaint that I have is that the coffee maker had an old package of coffee in it that was molding but they brought us a coffee pot and new coffee maker right away we didn’t have any hot water for a while, but they had some water issues and they explained all that to us. We did have hot water before we left and we had it intermittent intermittently when we were there. Everything was wonderful as always.
