We loved the location and amenities of this hotel! The only complaint was they did not have house keeping services at all so being on the beach it was inevitable to have sand everywhere no matter how hard we tried avoiding it so it was messy everywhere. Never had a bed change, trash pick up or towel removal unless requested in 7 days. Other than that we really enjoyed our time here

When i booked the trip, it said free parking. When i arrived, i was charged for parking per night. Several of the pools/hot tubs were closed during our trip. Our room wasn't "dirty", but it definitely hasnt been mopped in a LONG time. The exterior of the AC unit was literally falling off in the hallway. The ice machine on our level didnt work. There was a half eaten chicken wing in the hallqay when we checked in and it was still there when we checked out. We have stayed here in the past and it was a lovely stay. The resort has definitely declined. The staff was friendly though. The waterpark was also nice and our family enjoyed it.

I enjoyed my stay at landmark it started off rough but ended well, had a few issues with the room but maintenance came and fixed everything that wasn’t working properly. The staff was very helpful and professional. I would book here again the hotel was very clean and organized
