So much to do and everything was there i barely had to leave unless i wanted to go somewhere specific but ither than that everything i need was there. From dining to games arcade . All the amenities and staff was sweet and polite

This place was fun for my kid and I’m glad I got off-season pricing. The floors were FILTHY. There was hot fries under the bed left from previous guests, so the floors weren’t clean. It’s pretty outdated. They don’t tell you how to get around the big campus, so it’s easy to get lost. If you lose your wristband which kids are bound to do, they will not replace it,The water park opened on our last day so we weren’t able to use it. It’s walkable go fun stuff, the pool was nice. I would stay there again but not pay peak season prices 😂

Waterpark was closed, property is in much need of updates! Indoor hot tub/pool had so many chemicals we couldn’t go in due to not being able to breath and my kids’ lungs hurting.

I really had bad experience at this hotel, dirty towels ask for shampoo gave me dishwasher. I had to wash my hair with that. No cleaning old rusty dirty. There was poop in the Jacuzzi limited staff the employees that works there always mad always with attitude. My husband got cussed out and called rude because he told them how do you want us to wash up with the dishwasher? We discussed that with the manager and she said she’s gonna give us one night back as an apology for what we went through with them first, she lied second, she returned us a dollar to my credit card and then was taken off. There was nothing returned. If you wanna have the worst vacation visit this hotel otherwise I promise you don’t need to go there.

When I made the reservations, I ask if all the pools are, the amenities are working and if outdoor pool was heated one indoor pool was heated bad odor in facilities. The bathrooms were not clean very dissatisfied with you guys because you said differently I had two children with me Five and six years old. I booked that room for them to have more to do heartbroken.
