Close to beach! Kids had a blast at the water park and pool. Room was clean, needs updated. It’s very loud in hallways and can hear everything outside your door. We had a blast despite that. Bathroom shower is clogged and water drips from the top of vent (not sure if it’s leaking from upstairs)

The hotel/resort itself was very convenient and had everything you needed like a small convenience store, Pizza & Ice cream shop, coffee bar, restaurant/tiki bar all located on the property. The beach was accessed easily from pool area. Staff was very helpful and answered any questions that were asked. Now lets get to the room. What is pictured is not what you get. Our room was very small and dirty when we were finally allowed to get into it at around 4:30p. The room itself had an odd smell and we found what seemed to be dried up blood on one of the outdoor chair legs and on the ground on the outdoor balcony. The bathroom was in need of an update with the wood around tub and behind toilet where starting to show black mold.. The resort/hotel could use a nice renovation and please get rid of the outdoor carpet that is placed in around resort/hotel areas. Not in greatest condition. Parking was convenient . Overall a good experience, just some much needed upgrades and this resort/hotel could be a 5 star..

Nice. Checked in over the phone with the desk clerk and added my daughter because she was arriving first; no problem there. When I arrived that morning they had cancel the room that I was assigned. Compensation was great to a penthouse suite. It was Mother's Day weekend and I had my 86 year old mother whose birthday was Mother's Day. The room were superb and the Manger was super understanding and knew how to fix the problem. She apologized for the mis communication amongst her staff. Excellent hotel.

Stay was ok. Property is very outdated. Elevators are sketchy and very very outdated. Pools only 3 ft deep. Water park Great for small kids. Not much for adults. All of the Staff were very polite and friendly. A lot of updates needed.

Everything was very bad from the beginning the check-up was terrible we waited a long time to be attended and when they finally did it reluctantly well that was not all I asked for towel and toilet paper service I got tired of waiting I went to ask for them at the front and they didn't want to give them to me either so everything was very bad I won't go there again

The overall stay was good but what I didn't like was how after we paid in full for our room prior to going we got a list of rules. I nearly freaked out becajse it was not a friendly email at all. I really wanted a refund.
