Room not what expected. Was not in great condition. The thing I disliked the most was their room damage policy that they spring on you at check in. You are expected to give them $49 cash that is non refundable or $100 credit card charge that could take up to 14 days for a credit if they decide there is no damage. Definitely won’t go back

Not a Boutique Hotel

We were surprised by the overall condition of the hotel. The button for the elevator broke when I pushed our floor- fell right into the wall. The rooms smelled of mildew, the property was very dated Did not think that the room charges were fair due to the conditions. The location was the only upside. Right on the beach so very convenient to have access back to our room whenever and not need a rental car.

I booked an oceanfront room, but when I checked in, I was given an ocean view room instead. When I pointed out the difference, the staff told me it was the same thing (which it isn’t). After some back and forth, they finally switched me to the room I had actually booked and paid for. The view was beautiful, but the room itself really needs attention. The sprinklers were corroded, the kitchen wasn’t clean, and even the refrigerator had corrosion inside. Overall, I was glad the staff corrected the mistake, but the resort should do better in maintaining rooms and making sure guests get what they reserved.

I had an overall very good experience at this hotel. The amenities were good, and the location made it easy to enjoy the area. The only downside was the humidity inside the hotel and in the rooms—it felt consistently damp and muggy, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. It would be great if the hotel could improve ventilation or dehumidification to make the stay more comfortable. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely consider staying again.

From all the other hotels I have visited in the past this hotel takes the cake. I wanted a large, clean place to rest and it was awesome. I would definitely come again! Plus with all the deals online this one was exceptional.
