Spent one night here. Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Small word of warning - the AC is not strong enough to truly cool. In 5 hrs the temperature dropped 1c and never reached desired temperature. Would still recommend this hotel

Check in Person Koushik was clueless as to how to greet a guest after repeated requests he denied . If the start of the trip has a negative impact the rest also goes in similar aspect . Pls keep educated and knowledgeable staff at front desk open to understanding .

This was Dasara time and some dignitaries were staying in the hotel which meant lot of police around and a hassle for parking, pickup and drop at the hotel. Otherwise we always have great time at this hotel and are regulars.
