This was a wonderful stay with some minor issues that were solved within a day! The staff were so understanding and polite and always attended to any enquiry or need. They made our stay as comfortable as possible and really made the whole trip so much more wonderful! Everyone is amazing here. The front desk is the sweetest people. Salote is incredible.Cart drivers are super helpful. Lia and her Team are rock stars. Titi and Elly too. We enjoyed the Farm to Table dinner, highly recommend. Marick and his Team made things possible even though it was raining. Lemaki is a wonderful host. Mili in house keeping is very kind & professional. Our hearts are full, how wonderful every staff member is. Do not remember everyone's name. Each and every one are stars 😍.

The room was spacious, clean and had a great view. The property is lushly landscaped and on the beach. The beach is fine but not a clean white beach. The pools are nice too Lots to do and the food is excellent. The included breakfast is fabulous. The staff were among the friendliest I've experienced. Great for families. Overall, a great stay experience.

Be very careful when booking as ‘Ocean View’ is false and misleading. We had the view of a tree. After complaining we were moved to a beautiful room but our initial check in was disappointing.

Let me start by saying most of the staff was amazing!!! Meme D. and Joe (I think was his name) went above and beyond. Applopsie, I probably spelled that wrong is the BEST!!!! If you see him please tell him princess Christi and Tommy said hi! He will greet when you first pull up! The buffet needs serious attention! An amazing experience with amazing staff. Everyone was willing to help and went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience. Staff members who were especially kind and helpful were Laola, Jas, Ani -Mearani, and also the lovely young lady who did the Sugar Cane Juice Bar at the buffet every morning. Our experience was exceptional but I do have to mention a particular manager and or cook that was near the waffle section of the breakfast buffet on 4/7/2025. He was particularly rude to not only the staff of women working with him, but also to me. He told me to wait in the waffle area for waffles that I could see were already made, however he did not put out. He told me he would be right back to set them out and to wait there. After waiting 15 minutes of waiting and him never returning, one of the kind women in the restaurants was able to help me. While walking back to my table I noticed him in another area of the restaurant with absolutely no intention of returning to where he advised me to wait. He particularly helpful to the man in front of me but went out of his way to ignore me. I also witnessed him being loud and degrading to the very kind women working in that area of the restaurant. I mention this in hopes that he will be remediated for almost ruined a perfectly great experience at this beautiful resort.

Beautiful resort, amazing service. Some improvements to be made with laundry service with additional costs, not very convenient also pool hours are too short, an extension to late night around 11pm close time would be good, or have an alternative pool that closes late.
