Hotel is located about 8 min walk to Nagoya Station and has many restaurants nearby. The room is clean, beds are comfortable, staff were friendly / helpful, the public bath is big, the breakfast was delicious. Really nothing to complain!

We stayed for two nights. 100% recommend their breakfast, very good value and the food is amazing. Staff very friendly but compared to other hotels we've been in Japan, they weren't fluent in English that we had to communicate using a translator. The room was small but it had a window with very nice sunlight. We reallly enjoyed their public bath and the pjs they provided were of the best quality. Overall very satisfied that we'd stay there again!!!

The hotel is a 10-15 min walk from Nagoya Station with some pavements along the way that aren't ideal for luggages (quite rough). However, the public baths were very well-maintained and arranged, and the rooms were bright and comfortable. Cleanliness and service were great. Would recommend!

We stayed here for 2 nights to go to Ghibli Park. Very convenient location as it was a short walk to Nagoya Station. Good dining options close by. The buffet breakfast is very good. The room is tiny but we were not in the room much. The steam room was a little too hot, but the public bath was very popular with guests - lots of people in there with their kids. Appreciated the laundry machines! Overall a great stay.

This is a family friendly hotel that is located in the heart of Nagoya. It’s close to the subway and JR station and there are some local coffee shops nearby. It’s walkable to the Toyota Commemorative Museum which was the primary reason we chose this hotel as well. All staff are friendly and accommodating. I would stay in this hotel again!

The staff was helpful and accommodating. The location was great. An easy walk to Nagoya station and lots of shopping and dining-all within 5-10 minutes. Also easy access to other areas of Nagoya we went to, either on foot or public transport. The room was clean and enough space for two people with 2 backpacks each + 1 medium-sized rolling suitcase. The beds were comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Nagoya.

Very affordable price with Onsen. The hotel clean and have a lot of amenities. The buffet breakfast was really good, a lot of choices. Friendly staff. The room is a little small but we didnt mind. Location also good, close to Nagoya station.
