The shuttle driver greeted us with smiles at the Nairobi airport. Check-in was easy and the staff very friendly. They offered us the option of a late checkout (2pm rather than 12pm) since our flt back to the USA wasn’t leaving until late the next day. Room was very nice and comfortable.
