We have multiple units so can accommodate larger groups in adjacent units (Ask us). Experience Nashville and all its bars, honky tonks, and great restaurants. The entire condo is updated with new floors, fixtures, appliances, granite countertops, and stainless steel sink.

Convenient to Downtown, Midtown, The Gulch, Music Row, hospitals, Vanderbilt - Short Uber/Lyft ride to anywhere! Can walk if you're industrious.

Just as pictured! Hosts were gracious, kind, and easy to reach. SO nice having a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. VERY quiet neighborhood, felt safe walking the mile or so to and from my conference every day. Highly recommend, would stay here again!!!

Everything was pretty good. Located close to downtown Nashville with an Uber. It's a little hard to drive in area with it being such a busy area but only about 5 min with Uber which is what I would suggest. We had a great time and if we come back we'll be sure to stay there again .

Overall, we were pleased with our stay at the Colby. It was as described online, the location was convenient, and the private parking lot was a plus. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked with anything you might need. The bedrooms and decor were a bit bare bones, but it didn’t affect our stay too much. There was a small cleanliness issue upon checking in, but the hosts were apologetic and addressed it promptly. They were very communicative and friendly. For the value, we were happy with it.

The stay started off great. I spent 4 days there by myself before my girlfriend and friends came. When they arrived we all went out and had a fun night but came back to finding that the couch was not a pull out couch which was listed on the listing. I called the property owner and she advised that they took that out of the place and replaced it with a blow up mattress. The blow up mattress the first night being used didn't hold air so my friend ended up on the ground and very upset. After bringing the issue up to the land owner she solved the problem with new air mattress however the friend that was sleeping on it was quite upset to find out he spent a good money to go on vacation to sleep on a air mattress. The property was clean and had no other issues. The property owner did change the listing from being able to sleep 6 to 4 while we were staying there due to that issue.

Adult getaway

The window AC units in the bedroom plus fan were a major plus for us as we traveled from AK to meet some friends. Didnt have to worry about us inconvenience each other with house temps. Host was very nice and made ease of check in great.
