I booked this hotel on Saturday morning and chose to pay at the hotel when checking in. When we arrived at around 3 to check in, we were told there was no reservation for us. Apparently they were fully booked up and Hotels.com should not have reserved us a room. I never received any contact from Hotels.com or the hotel itself making me aware that our room had been canceled. The only email I received was my confirmation and then a request for a review for a hotel I never got to stay in.

The room was clean, comfortable and let up so well. The breakfast served each morning was fresh and convenient. Staff was nice and helpful. I love that this hotel offered free shuttle to and from airport, and it’s a great location about 15 min away from Downtown Nashville, Broadway area. I definitely recommend this hotel and I’ll come back.

Their computer system went down and I had to wait in the lobby about 30 minutes to check in. Other than that it is your regular Hampton Inn. Not fancy but reliable.

Our room is clean the mattress is the bed for me it’s firm linen and pillows don’t smell. The pet area a grassy have some poop left by pet owner who doesn’t pick up.
