I booked this hotel on Saturday morning and chose to pay at the hotel when checking in. When we arrived at around 3 to check in, we were told there was no reservation for us. Apparently they were fully booked up and Hotels.com should not have reserved us a room. I never received any contact from Hotels.com or the hotel itself making me aware that our room had been canceled. The only email I received was my confirmation and then a request for a review for a hotel I never got to stay in.
