The property feels very outdated and did not match the pictures at all. Felt like a dark, run down office building? Strange. The service and employees were wonderful, though. I did not need much but they were always available to help and very nice overall. Solid 3/5 for me. Convenient location, though!

Fantastic Receptionist

I had a very stressful night the night I stayed and this hotel for personal reasons, but the receptionists went above and beyond to help me traverse such a difficult time. I left my phone in my Lyft ride to the hotel, but the receptionists lent me their phone and stayed with me until I could recover it. I could not have made it through the night without them. Genuinely lovely people.

In general, the hotel is pretty clean but there is no restaurants around the hotel beside the one in the hotel.

I like that the facility is convenient to the airport. I like the amount of space in the rooms it's a very spacious. I was a little Disturbed when the elevator didn't work and they didn't put a sign on the elevator. The weather was really bad and it was convenient to have a restaurant in the facility. The restaurant was a decent Mexican restaurant. The staff at the restaurant was very pleasant and helpful.

Overall great property by the airport A little aged in terms of fixtures but everything kept clean. Being so close to airport there is noise of closing doors all hours of the night but if you can get passed that it’s a good property

This hotel is less than 10 minutes from airport and the room was large with a separate sitting area. The property is older and starting to show some wear on furniture, little dim in rooms from wall color and lighting, the breakfast was standard hotel food, but the coffee machine was modern and offered various choices of lattes, cappuccino and regular coffee.

Trip to sweetwater

Visiting Sweetwater with family booked last minute. Rooms were decent. Unfortunately there were No complementary soap, shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast was poor and was more like snacks.
