Nice property, just needs some tlc

Really enjoyed the distance from downtown Nashville, east commute. Property is nice, lots of stairs. Only critique is some of the furniture and fixtures need some tlc. The oven didn’t work, but besides that we really enjoyed the stay. Beds were really comfortable. I’m sure the owner will update it!

Family vacation

We had a large group of 12. There was plenty of room for all of us. We were a little concerned with the neighborhood as it looks like it was once a bad part of town but we had no issues and it looks like a lot of new construction is going in to revitalize the area. We had an enjoyable stay and John was easy to work with and promptly responded to any questions we had.

This property was clean and a great space for our group. The only thing we didn’t like is that the description said a 2-3 min uber ride to Broadway and I would say more like 15-20 min depending on driver (all took different ways).

Family trip

We stayed here over Christmas 2020 with my parents, sisters family and brother. It’s not really convenient for a group to split into two places even though next door. We knew about the set up going in but thought we’d still give it a try as the property was listed as “luxurious”, “new” and the pictures were amazing! There were stains on the fridge, on the sofas, on the walls. Floors had dust bunnies. The living room rug - FILTY! Bedding had stains. Walls beaten up with stains. Some hand towels looked unwashed. Dining table would shake each time anyone would touch it and quite honestly was hazardous. If anyone were to bear weight on it, it could break and break someone’s foot! It was obviously a homemade table (which is fine if you know what you’re doing) without proper support beams on the bottom. The lowest level bedroom of one of the units stays super cold (temp control is very poor.) Very steep steps to get to any level but entry. It’s not a convenient set up for a large group unless you intent to spend time separately in the next door units. Management offered to send cleaners but at that point I had already cleaned the fridge, washed all the linens we’d be using and that wasn’t the solution to all the stained furniture and rugs nor would it fix wobbly, dangerous furniture. What was advertised and paid for vs what we got was horrible. This place looked like it was a party house for someone- definitely not new. So glad I travel with cleaning supplies in the era of Covid and was able to wipe things down before most of the family arrived.
