The furniture didn't look clean and fresh it was tired and old looking n room 607 and everytime toilet was flush it was a fowl stinky odor smelling really bad, and while showering the water was ankle deep not flowing out tub, but every employee i encounter was pleasant and answer any question i had, most problem was the bed was so uncomfortable and hard .

Staff were great. Rooms are outdated. Bathtub/shower faucet was stripped out and very difficult to get hot or cold water. Room was not very clean. Spiderwebs and bugs in the corner of. Had stained mold on one of my pillow cases.

At check in I needed a cart. They were being used. I stood for 45 minutes waiting for one. I had to make 4 trips on the 5th floor to get my luggage up. I asked about a menu of the casino restaurant. They had 1 menu at the desk and everyone in the hotel had to use that one!!! Didn’t offer to make a copy or anything. Staff was never at the desk when needed. Then acted as if I was bothering them if I had a question. For the money we pay for a hotel in Natchez, Ms. it’s worth about 1/2 of that.
