The bathroom had major bugs. The bathroom door got locked from inside out which took them over 2 hours to have someone come up and fix. I had to go to the front desk to ask them to open the bathroom door. Couldn’t use the lobby bathroom because it was not working. Ordered towels, waited 2 hours, had to go to the front desk and request towels again. Stairwells smelled like urine. Front desk barely answered the phone. Very disappointed and would not recommend staying there. This hotel has gone down.

Our room had no towels or toilet paper, had to ask several times for some. Floors in the room were filthy, hadn’t been mopped and my feet were black. Asked people on the elevator ride down other visitors if they had towels or toilet paper-they said no too. Also. Hookers on duty across the street. Nice place to go to die…

. Towels and sheets are old. Room is dated and smelly. There was a bag full of trash right outside my door when I got the room. Staff was ugh. There was a service woman (lady of the night) in a bikini at 1 am showing her privates. Next to the back door to get in the building. Just not not the best experience for a good name hotel chain.

The rooms felt very old, not maintained well. There were no towels in the room and I had to go get them from the front desk. The wash sink was getting clogged, the A/C was dripping water and the water went all over the room by the time I returned from outside. The staff were very helpful and allocated me another room in time, but the hotel rooms felt not maintained well.

The bed great, carpet needs replacement, bathroom needs upgrade. In the middle of the night someone was screening on top of their lungs just outside our room waking us up. The price was ok for thanksgiving week. You have to request if you want your beds made, otherwise you came back to a no beds made room. There were no towels, in the room we had to request .
