The kitchen is well equipped with full oven & hob, fridge freezer, microwave & dishwasher.

There are 3 bedrooms, (1 double & 2 twin) all with wardrobes. 2 family bathrooms 1 with bath & shower over. The other with a shower.

Access to the apartment level via a lift from the underground garage.



Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants. Something for everyone!

The location of this apartment was excellent, it could not have been closer to the beach and restaurants, which is just what we wanted as my elderly parent has mobility issues. The fact that it has a lift and a car parking space too was advantageous, and only adds to the appeal of the property. The property was very well equipped, with everything you would want and need in a “home from home”. The kitchen was excellent, and the fact that it has two bathrooms is great for families. The overall standard of cleanliness was very good too, although the apartment could most definitely do with a good lick of paint and some updated furnishings and in this respect, it felt very tired. There were marks on the walls, the towels were old and stained (although clean) and the bedding was stained too and very old (although clean). There was also a very nasty looking water stain on the ceiling in the lounge. The balcony was too small for 5 to 6 people to move around easily and the foldable chairs outside were very old and rusty, and the umbrella base was a trip hazard given the small size of the balcony (and not needed as there was no umbrella!) Although we would stay here again, we were disappointed that there was no full length mirror in two of the bedrooms, not enough plug points and not enough coat hangers.

Nerja break

Fantastic property in the best spot in whole of Nerja! Apartment had everything you can thing of, it was very clean and perfectly maintained! We managed to leave the keys in apartment one day and Diana went out of her way by about an hour and a half to bring us another set, it really was above and beyond the call of duty! I would recommend this host and this apartment to anyone whether it be friends or families, we will definitely be renting it again soon.

HOW TO HAVE A RELAXED HOLIDAY!

Excellent, well equipped apartment, with balcony view of the sea. Most importantly, it has the best chiringuito, (Ayo), immediately to the front, and the best bar for evening sun,(el rincon del sol), 100 metres to the east. The availability of inclusive underground parking is good, as beach road parking can be full. Thoroughly enjoyable, and to be highly recommended.

A nice apartment directly on the beach

We stayed at the apartment with one year old twins and a six year old girl. We enjoyed it being so close to the beach. The apartment is big and comfortable. We found everything we needed.
