AP322 Mirlo - Almijara

A recently renovated, spacious, 2 bedroom attached house in the popular Almijara 2 Sur Urbanisation.

The house has a large front terrace equipped with table and chairs which makes it ideal for dining al fresco, and the house itself consists of the following;

A large living room with dining area equipped with a sofa and armchair, a dining table with 6 chairs, large flat screen TV with International and Spanish channels and patio doors that lead to the rear terrace. This terrace faces South East so is very sunny, and is also equipped with a dining table and 6 chairs for dining al fresco. It enjoys lovely views of the river gorge that leads down to the coast and the Mediterranean Sea. The washing machine is housed here in a storage room.

On the ground floor of the house we also find a fully equipped, separate kitchen and a bathroom with half size bath; ideal for bathing children after a hard day’s play.

Upstairs we find a very large double bedroom with double bed, dressed with 2 single duvets which also has a couple of extra beds if required for young children. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and share the family bathroom on the same floor.

Ascending a flight of wooden stairs we come to the roof terrace which enjoys stunning 360º views of Nerja, the mountains and the coast. This terrace is also equipped lounge and sunbeds.

This house has free wifi and is ideal for family holidays as the Urbanisation has swimming pool nearby and pool is usually open from May to September. The urbanization also has a gated parking area which works on a first come, first served basis, so we cannot guarantee parking.
