Nice 1-bedroom apartment in a gated community with communal pool in the Parador area. It is on the first floor, the access is by stairs. Bedroom with double bed, air conditioning hot/cold, bathroom with shower, open plan kitchen, living-dining room with air conditioning hot/cold and terrace with pool view and south facing.The nearest beach is a 450-metre walk away, Burriana beach, with a wide range of beach bars, international restaurants, cafes, chill-out, bars, souvenir shops. The centre is about 15 minutes walk away, along the way you will find access to several more private coves, reaching the emblematic Balcón de Europa.As it is close to the centre you do not need a car, so we can offer you a transfer service from or to the airport.

Apartment no.16 , A lovely 1 bedroom , 1 bathroom , and kitchen /dining/lounge area. It overlooks the pool from the terrace, and gets the sun from late morning until late evening. I would also recommend this place for its location , with only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Balcon de Europe.

This was an amazing apartment in a great location. Ideally situated between Nerja Town and Burriana. Kathrin the host was exceptionally helpful. We had a few communications before and during our stay. She always replied promptly and was always extremely helpful. She went above and beyond by storing our luggage after checking out as well as liaising with the shuttle company taking us to the airport. I highly recommend and hope to return again.

The apartment is a good size. It had all the necessary conveniences and they all worked. Bed was comfortable and no noise. Pool was good and so was the pool area. It was never very busy and we always had beds and umbrella etc. Shops pub and restaurants are nearby. The negative is a steep hill to climb coming back from the beach but I go home fitter. Thanks to Kathrin for assisting

This apartment was amazing! Honestly the perfect place to stay. The location is beautiful, quiet and peaceful and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the Balcon de Europa where there are countless restaurants, shops and bars. Everything feels very authentic and you really feel part of the culture. The beach has so many activities. We went kayaking where a tour guide took us around the rocks and caves (only costs 20 euro and was an 8 min walk from the apartment). The apartment had a fantastic pool and the terrace was the perfect place to relax. It was extremely clean and has great air conditioning. The check in and out process was so easy and communicated a lot through WhatsApp which made it very easy if we had any questions etc. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen had everything you needed which really made it a home from home experience. I couldn’t believe how amazing the apartment was and for the price! Will 100% stay here again!

My wife and I recommend the Nerja Appartment highly. It is located ideally for the town and the beach, and yet it is situated in a very quiet residential area. The unit is well equipped and very comfortable. The balcony is really nice, bouganvillia on the ballustrade and place for drying your clothes. The bed was big and comfortable. Our host Kathrin was professional, communication flawless. We were there in February and the A/C units which doubled as fan heaters worked fine to keep us warm when it got cold. A really great place.

Katherin in Nerja Sun Apartments, was very helpful , the apartment was in an ideal location, bars , restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance. A choice of 3 beaches , Burriana 10 minute walk, Cerebao also a short walk. The weather made it all the better January, February in the sun was a huge bonus. We would definitely return , sooner rather than later.
